Little Beauty wine Dinner

Little Beauty is a privately-owned estate set in Marlborough’s Southern Valleys, where the wines differ slightly from the mainstream. This delectable property is spread over five plots, each with its own soil profile and microclimate, which allows winemaker Eveline Fraser (formerly head winemaker at Cloudy Bay) the chance to make unusually complex, multi-dimensional wines. The winemaking is modern, but there is more than a nod towards tradition; in ‘Little Beauty’, the best of new and the best of the old unite seamlessly.  Little Beauty owner, Fleur McCree will guide us through a selection of her single vineyard wines, paired to perfection with a delectable six course tasting menu.
