Tai Chi is one of our popular classes, designed as a gentle form of exercise and stretching. Each posture flows into the next without a pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion.
For the more active, Body Sculpt is a class that targets the lower and upper body to shape and tone, perfect for improving your total body condition.
Please note that we are able to provide PT sessions to our members and residents on request.
