Dominic Phillips

Food and Beverage Operations Manager

Dominic started in hospitality at 18 years old in a small hotel in Wales and swiftly worked his way up to Assistant Hotel Manager.

Eager to learn more he moved to North Yorkshire, Swinton Park where he worked for a four red star hotel as a Tournant Manager, experiencing and managing all departments of the hotel.

Next Dominic moved to Gravetye Manor in West Sussex as Food and Beverage Manager. During his time there, the hotel won a Michelin star and also the Caterer award for the Best Independent Hotel.

Following on from this success, he was Food and Beverage Manager at Great Fosters, where he also helped win a Michelin star.

Dominic is now the Food and Beverage Operations Manager at Cliveden and is looking forward to welcoming you soon.
