Food & Beverage Administrator (40 hours per week)

Join Cliveden House as a Food & Beverage Administrator.

Responsibilities 

  • To keep the restaurant diary organised, managed and sold to its maximum
  • To Prepare monthly menu engineering
  • Responsible for quality of menus in the restaurant daily
  • Update dish descriptions on a regular basis
  • To attend weekly function sheet meetings
  • To assist in Astor Grill duties
  • Assist in creating or updating SOP’s
  • To be the main contact for central reservations to assist in the coordination of the operation
  • To look through existing bookings and confirm their arrangements
  • To assist the Food and Beverage Manager in day to day business
  • To keep Kitchen organised with function sheets
  • Typing the rota sheets
  • To assist with the monthly stock-takes
  • Typing and writing recipes, menus, table plans
  • To assist in preparation for meetings and other activities
  • To assist the division where necessary
  • To attend both external and internal training courses provided by Cliveden
  • To encourage knowledge-sharing and the training of others where appropriate.
  • To attend any internal meetings as requested by the General Manager
  • To comply with all hotel and company policies included within the Employee Handbook.
