Of equal importance is the continued enhancement of the standards of service throughout the House and the development of the people who work so hard to maintain this excellence.
Tim Pettifer – General Manager
Joined Cliveden in April 2003 after six years running the Bath Priory in Bath and Sydney House in Chelsea. A former regular guest at Cliveden, Tim believes that the heartbeat of the House is the staff, many of whom have served Cliveden since it opened as a Hotel in 1984.

Michael Chaloner – House Manager
Michael has an amazing history on Cliveden and how the house is run, and can tell you many an interesting story. One of Michael’s many talents is overseeing all of Cliveden’s Exclusive Uses and Weddings.
Michael has been at Cliveden for many years and has been known on occasions to talk brides down the aisle, sew buttons onto garments, provide spare cufflinks and shoes and be a witness at weddings.
Michael really enjoys weddings, which is pivotal to ensuring that every wedding is unique and special. One thing you are guaranteed is a first class greeting and a friendly face.

Nicola Miller – Front of House Manager
Nicola Miller has recently joined Cliveden as Front of House Manager. A local girl born and bred, she grew up in Denham before moving to London to go to university. Nicola has an impressive background of the finest British five star establishments, including Claridge's, Blakes and for over five years,
The Lanesborough.
As the Front of House Manager, Nicola and her team strive to ensure that all guests receive the warmest of welcomes and the fondest farewells.

Johan Brouckaert - Food and Beverage Manager
Cliveden is delighted to welcome Johan Brouckaert as our new Food and Beverage Manager. Johan has a phenomenal wealth of experience of the finest culinary establishments in the world, highlights of which include over four years at Le Gavroche (Michelin ***), four years at the Restaurant Sir Anthony Van Dyck Antwerpen Belgium (Michelin **), one year at the Restaurant Hof Van Cleve Kruishoutem Belgium (Michelin***), the Vineyard at Stockcross (Michelin **) and most recently, as Restaurant Manager of the Capital Hotel in Knightsbridge (Michelin **).
He and his team are dedicated to ensuring all our guests enjoy the very highest standards of dining excellence with a warm and friendly service throughout Cliveden.

Marion Joys – Club Manager
Marion knows Cliveden inside and out, having been at the House for several years in roles in the special events and reservations department, as well as now looking after the Cliveden Club and all the Club members.
